Our Science

 TenZero Biosciences, Inc. is developing novel therapies for neuropathic pain, an area of significant unmet medical need. Our proprietary Human Neuropathic Pain Proteome Platform combines human pain-causal spinal cord tissue with proteomic analysis to identify novel targets while avoiding the shortcomings of animal model-based approaches. We have identified approximately 60 potential targets and are preparing to initiate drug discovery for our top priorities. Our clinical strategy will focus initially on spinal cord injury-associated neuropathic pain with potential to address neuropathic pain more broadly, including indications such as fibromyalgia and neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
